Rare & Important Sterling Silver Cigarette / Cigar Box is in good condition, 
dating back to circa 1938 (George V)
 
The box features an iconic RAF emblem (Royal Air Force) - wings, surmounted by a crown 
embossed on a powder blue Guilloche enamel 
 
Inside is performed in timber, 
& silver gilded, 
bearing English hallmarks 
 
Maker: W Noel 
Retailed by: Gieves Ltd of 21 Old Bond Street (stamped to the base) - 
who were royally appointed & originally established in 1785
