who was a famous gold & silversmith, decorative design artist & jeweler 
He was born in Finland in 1935, studied art design in Sweden under Professor G. Paulsson & jewelers of the Royal House of Sweden. 
Settling in Melbourne, Australia in 1961, he established Tor Design. 
His work is now represented in the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV)
