A jewellery valuation provides proof of ownership if your jewellery is lost, stolen or damaged. Insurance companies are unlikely to provide full compensation for an expensive piece of jewellery unless you can prove its true value. At St Petersburg Gallery we provide updated insurance replacement valuations to reflect current market value and condition report.

 

Appraisals are also effective means of ensuring you receive a fair price if you decide to sell your jewellery.

Consignment Service

Being in business for more almost 40 years, St Petersburg Gallery has an extensive clientele and constantly expanding network.
Therefore, we are pleased to offer jewellery consignment service.
We will act on your behalf and search for a buyer using our connections, display and promote your jewellery in our store and on our website. We will target to sell your piece at the pre-arranged price with commission to be taken after the purchase is made. This option is good for items valued over $1,500. 

On some occasions, we might buy your unwanted jewellery or watches from you on the spot. It's fast and hassle-free.

Another option is to take advantage of our advertisement service (perfect for items $200 - $1,500), if you have a piece of jewellery / watch to sell.
After making sure your piece is presentable (with the help of our jeweller who will professionally clean it), we will photograph & comprehensively describe it.
We will then advertise your piece of jewellery across several selling platforms and on our high trafficked website.
This service has a fixed & non-refundable fee of $55.
Should you wish to leave your item at the shop & be put on display, we’ll charge additional $40 & we recommend leaving it with us for at least a month or two. 

We operate as a licensed second-hand dealer & have an insurance.

Repairs, Remodelling, Creation 

Our repair services include, but not limited to rings re-sizing, rhodium plating, chains soldering, re-tipping & replacement of claws & settings,
restoration & replacement of bands & shanks on rings, jewellery engraving & polishing.
We also repair watches in any condition! 
 
At St Petersburg Gallery we can assist you with transforming an old piece of jewellery (that is broken or no longer suits your style) into a magnificent modern piece. We'll work with you to design something that you will fall in love with using the pieces that you no longer wear,
preserving the sentimental value of that piece.
 
In our jewellery workshop, we are able to design and create a custom made jewellery piece for you.
